Mission

Here at Discovery School, our mission is to guide young children as they build a strong foundation for their many years of intellectual, social and physical development. We hope to inspire a love of learning and a sense of curiosity at an early age, while also providing a safe and nurturing environment in which to grow. Discovery School students leave the campus with a mastery of new cognitive, physical and social skills, a positive self-concept and magical childhood memories to last a lifetime.

Philosophy

Discovery School is committed to providing a program that answers the needs and interests of the individual child and celebrates each child’s uniqueness. We aim to expose our students to the wonders of learning, so that they find pleasure in their own discoveries and cultivate self-confidence in the process. We believe in a developmental approach to education that provides consistent opportunities for learning through a range of activities, materials and projects. Our curriculum is rooted in play-based learning with academic concepts infused in a hands-on approach to ensure our children are more than prepared for elementary school. Once students walk through our doors, they enter a world of transformative creativity and embark on an inspiring journey of imagination.
